Booking & Payment
- 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm booking within 15 days of signing the contract.
- Balance due 5 days prior to workshop.
- Accepted payment: Bank transfer.
- All fees and payments in USD.
Inclusions
- All packages include session materials, two prep calls, and one feedback call.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- >30 days: Deposit retained.
- < 30 days: Full fee payable.
- One reschedule allowed with 14+ days’ notice.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide venue with seating, AV equipment, and projector/screen.
- Ensure participants are available for full session.
Logistics
- Travel, accommodations, and on-site needs will be coordinated in alignment with event timelines upon engagement confirmation.
Intellectual Property
- All materials remain the property of the facilitator and no reproduction without written consent.
Marketing Usage
- The facilitator reserves the right to use photographs, short video clips, and participant feedback from the session for future marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Post-Workshop Deliverables
- The facilitator will provide a brief post-workshop report, including learnings and recommendations.
